What we collect

When you book online we collect your name, mobile number, the job you want, your chosen day and time, and anything you add about your vehicle or business. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

Only to arrange and carry out your appointment and to contact you about it. Our lawful basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract (your booking). We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 2 years after your appointment for warranty and accounting purposes, then deleted.

Where it is stored

On our own server hosted in the United Kingdom. Photos in our gallery are of finished work; we blur number plates.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp on +44 7867 382877 or visit the workshop. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
